Is it just me?
I ordered a load of stuff from their recent sale. It all showed as in stock and available.
Waited a few days, then less than half of it is delivered. No apology and no mention of refund. Hmm.
A few days later and no contact from them so I email them. No reply.
Email them again. They've already had my money for 2 weeks since taking it off me for goods they don't have. 4 days later and a 1 line email still with no apology saying that refund is "noted for their accounting" and I will be refunded "soon".
Well that's smoothed things over then. I can rest happy in the knowledge that I'll be getting my £140 back at some point in the indeterminate future that suits their accounting timetable. If they remember.
Of course I've told them this is not good enough and expect it to be sorted immediately.

I only ordered a couple of things, as most of the bargains had gone, and they arrived very quickly. No problems at all.0

Showed in stock for some Sram red shifters @ £163, ordered then 1 day later email saying no stock.

I ordered a set of XT brakes from them. The front was in stock and the rear out of stock. The front arrived in about 3 days and the rear was only another week behind. Can't coment on the sale bargains though and it sounds like they don't up-date their stock levels quick enough.0

I ordered a bike which ended up being out of stock for a few weeks.
They kept in touch throughout and I got a lovely kit bag for my troubles when it arrived.
So a cautious thumbs up from me.0 -
Have a look on the receipt it tells you whether the product is totally out of stock or will be replenished.
my gubbins arrived quickly but the one item I ordered that they ran out of was refunded the next day after I emailed them asking whether I should wait for replenished stock or accept a refund.. I used paypal and it was an email form PP that told me of the refund, if oyu used a CC just check it, it looks like Rose dont acknowledge the refund directly.The dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns

Another happy customer here; ordered Philips light on Friday morning last week when it was showing as out of stock. Just arrived here at lunchtime and included a new customer gift (was only a gümmi coaster, so slightly chewier than Haribo).Location: ciderspace0

Well they refunded me yesterday so no big deal in the end.
Still don't like the way they seem to operate though, I'll avoid using them again.0
