It's for a ks seatpost for a service, bought a second hand one it is working ok at the moment, this stuff or similar seems to keep the post well lubricated and keeps the crap out and have read these posts need regular attention to perform well.

Any teflon/ptfe fortified grease will do the jhob nicely.

I use this, but probably no cheaper than what you mention:
