OT: Internet DNS attack

I know this is a way off topic but I'm getting major amounts of websites dropping off in what appears to be a DNS related attack at maybe a global root level. I know there are a few sysadmins here and are just wondering if you are having problems too? Our ISP is clueless for the moment but are very aware of the issue. Big websites like MSN, hotmail are not responding on our primary link and are starting to drop off from our backup ISP as well. I can't bring up The Register on both our links and the usual sites I would post this question......
AAAAaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!!! I wish these phones would stop ringing, can't these people function without the internet.

Appears to be an issue impacting all Juniper Routers which are falling over all over the world. So not DNS, but routing to various parts of the internet depending on where you're hitting the Juniper.Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0

Ahhhh.. Things have started to come back now. The reason I thought it was DNS is that sites were just not coming back with an nslookup result that were working previously in the morning. Not to mention our clients telling us our servers were down when they were not.
It does kind of confirm what one of our ISP's said about it being a global routing issue.0 -
That's strange we have been having loads of different DNS related problems on a number of sites we support!0
