Bag/Carrier for Seatpost Rack

Hi
I have a seatpost mounted rear rack and want to carry items in for my commute. Whatever I use needs to be able to carry a laptop / charger and sandwiches.
Does anyone have any recommendations over what to use?
Alternatively, does anyone know of a pannier rack which can be fitted to a bike without mounting points?
Thank you

Not really a recommendation Cheddar, but be glad you don't live in Wales.
You are now legally required to pay a minimum of 5p for a bag, I can no longer just nick bike luggage from Halfords.FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits
