Spot light on helmet or bars?

Afternoon all.
I've just waded through the 'what lights' thread & have opted to purchase this light with a textured reflector http://www.dealextreme.com/p/ssc-p7-3-m ... 8650-50947
and this light with a smooth reflector
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/t6-waterpr ... -set-82510
Hopefully this set-up should provide me with both spot & flood, but what's the preferred, and or, recommended light to have mounted on your helmet? Logic says flood on bars, spot on helmet, but I thought I'd ask the educated first!

General advise is spot on the lid and flood on the bars, unless you will be riding for a long time. The reason is having a hot spot everywhere you look is really fatiguing after a few hours.
Personally I would have gone for two t6 lights rather than a t6 and a P7. IMO the warm tint of the p7 is not compatible with the cool tint of the T6. But others don't find this a problem.0 -
Cheers. Reason I didn't go with two T6's is that they offer no flood. Shame there's no T6 with a textured reflector. I have a vast array of frosted vinyl here anyway, so I can play about with it on the lenses if I find a problem with the beams.0

Smaller head makes the t6 floodier. But not many options on the dedicated bike light.0
