Why do you ride your bike?

I'm currently undertaking a piece of research into the motives behind why different people cycle for my undergraduate dissertaion.

Some of the hospital nurses are nice and smashing yourself up on a bike makes you look heroic. Better than injuring myself just by getting out of bed.

I've started realizing that, so now it's just for fun. At least it gives me peace of mind that i'm "trying"

I did enjoy the question asking if I ride to stay physically attractive. Some how if I rode every hour in every day it wouldn't improve my ugly mug
