i um'd and ar'd over buying a Ribble or another CAAD, i eventually decided on the Ribble due to my riding style.
I must say given all the bad press it was as easy as buying a bike could be.




Frame: Ribble GranFondo

Bars: Deda RHM 02

Seat Post: Deda RS02 (stupidly heavy)
Seat: Ritchey Pro Stream V2

Groupset: Shimano 105 compact, 12/27
Pedals: 105 5700

Wheelset: Mavic Ksyrium Elite

Tires: Schwalbe Durano S


I think the seatpost is gonna be the first thing to go, i'v seen a nice white PZ racing one on CRC.

My friend in America is sending me over some 105 5700 red hoods so i'll see how they look.

And i'll probly get a Charge Spoon Because i love them.

Also the steerer needs about 15mm lopping off but i dont have the balls to do it.

i now have some red 105 hoods, and waiting on a nice Arione in White and Red

Nice looking bike, Sgt, but there again I'm biased as I had a new Gran Fondo turn-up about 3 weeks ago (I went for Centaur groupset, Khamsin wheels and ITM finishing kit) :-) Have to agree with the service from Ribble too, I found it excellent, helpful on the phone and via email, and turned my order round in 9 days :-)
