Just converted the commuter to fixed and have just give up on the goldie lookin chain that came with the day one as it was a pain to shorten for the 16 tooth.
So what does everyone recommend and which is the easiest chain to shorten?

it depends on the cog widths you have.
but any SS one will do"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I bought a cheap one last time round and it developed stiff links very quickly (yes I do look after my chains). Worth spending a bit imho.road0

Likewise - I went for a SRAM PC7X which cost around £20. Noticeably quieter and smoother than the cheaper (£10) KMC chain that it replaced.0
