    There's plenty of articles in Spanish if you Google Cobo and Hevia (the driver's name)- but I don't which are good ones.

    Is there a handicap involved? Rally cars do 0-60mph in about 2 or 3 seconds according to Colin McRae 3 on xbox. I can't see it being much of a race. It reminds of the Family Guy interlude which has them watching TV and it says 'and now - "Fast Animals...Slow Children".
