Can I post a survey on the MTB Bike Forum?

I have looked for a contact on here with no success so far? I wondered if it is possible to put a survey up on the MTB forum? Here is a link to the one on Singletrack World:

Ok thanks - make sense. Could I do it when the forum 'upgrade' has been completed (i.e. after the 3rd Nov)? I just want to ensure I have permission before I post.
