So I tired to ride my cube through the shitty weather but felt so guilty I nearly called social services - then i tired my old raleigh steel framed flat barred meanie, but I hate it. Soooooo only way forward is a decent road bike with clearance for real mud guards

I bought a ribble winter trainer/Audax looks good for the money and I like a stiff responsive frame I await like a child on christmas eve

A 'friend' (in case my wife somehow reads this) is considering the same option. Look forward to hearing how it rides!
