Cannondale Part for Scapel 800

Does anyone know how to get a part for a Cannondale Scapel 800 Mountain Bike (2003 model). I require a replacement bolt for the rear shock and the Aluminium bracket that the shock attaches to. This part is part of the rear triangle/suspension. I have tried my local Cannondale agent and Evans Cycles who are unable to supply the part. I have tried contacting Cannondale on their Website on several occassions but they do not seem to respond. Has anyone else had problems contacting Cannondale?
