If I turn up with a Hope 2 and 1 up front will they turn me away?
  • Perfect timing, the war office wanted to get some Christmas lights this weekend but with a few changes in tops on Monday reckon I'll be able to string some up FOC courtesy of BB - then some magical use of the sweet wrappers from a tin of Roses will give me all colors of the rainbow! :D

On the basis of the image in the link below I reckon they will only be giving them to people without lights. Could be wrong though.

So, it could be a case of taking off your lights just before you hit the junction, get the freebies and then re-attach! Don't think I'll bother personally.

Exactly, nick them then soften the blow by giving the twunts a free set of lights. The idiots might realise it would have been cheaper to just buy some lights in the first place.

We are helping London councils save a bit of money. Community-minded we are

Mind you there was talk of reducing street lighting in response to said money-saving. Not sure how true that is/was.
