I have just got myself some new XT brakes and was wanting some advise as to what rotors to get for them. I don't really want to spend £40 - 50 on the Ice Tech ones as xmas is coming andd money will be tight. I was thinking along the lines of Ashima or Superstar (not floating). Might be able to stretch to the older XT.

Any thoughts?

Rose bikes have the RT 76 models at a great price. Stock on the 160 & 180 is out right now, but you could back order - I think I must have bought the last 180!

RT76. Never warped unlike Hope floating rotors.

Superstar flame rotors, not too expensive, look good, not noticed any problems and I'm now running them on two bikes (with the two previous models of xt brakes too, 775, 765).
