With It i am also going to buy a Dartmoor Hornet frame,

What i would like to know is if the 1.5" Steerer Will fit the Dartmoor Hornet...

    not normally.

you are going to have to find a 1 1/8th internal headset fitting to 1.5 external headset. there are one or two out there.

    and be aware
Item discontinued - no longer available to purchase.

I think this is what you need, it enables you to fit a 1.5" steereer in a 44mm headtube

but that does depend on the insertion depth as the internal standard does not normally have more than 10mm.

Why not buy a fork that fits the frame? Fitting an external headset will screw with the goemetry.
  • I can buy another frame.. Any suggestions?

Hardtail freeride type of frame.. Somthing like the hornet.. That works with the 1.5" steerer
