catching Disc brakes

Hi
My sister has a Carrera Vulcan 2010, and the disc rotors are catching on the pads, making it harder to pedal. I have played about with the different bolts and have fixed the front. However I cant seem to fix the rear brakes. Any help please ? The brakes are Tektro IO Mechanical Disc, if this helps?

Have you just changed the pads? Loosen the caliper fixing bolts then apply brake and hold while tightening them back up, should get the caliper pretty close to central then adjust slightly if needed.
If you haven't just changed the pads, you may have sticky pistons which will want some lubrication- check the pistons are retracting when you let off the brake.0 -
