I've been trying to log on to this site for nearly a week now, I've used them a lot in the past and had no real problems with them. You hear all sort of horror stories with this company about poor service etc?

I'm just wondering what's happened to them?

Is their any other websites worth trying? or should I just stick to a shop in these "uncertain times" lol

  • Been great for me still, infact I ordered something lunch time yesterday and it came through the door today.

The german based sites are pretty good too, rarely beaten on price and quick delivery.

Never had a problem with Wiggle, top notch customer services and easy returns if you want to try stuff for size.

  • Same prob for me, on two different pcs. Been emailing their sales address today and they've suggested I clear my internet history. Done this, and now it works.

Cleared browser history etc, the site loads fine until you add something to your basket...then it stops working
  • It might be your internet connection?

I used Wiggle at about 10.30 tuesday night and ordered a front light, it arrived this morning even though I chose free delivery with a 3-5 day dispatch time.
    Cheers Nathan.

+1 for me too; I hope they live up to this as I ordered a new rear tyre last night in preperation for another Swinley Forest trek this Sunday - will they turn up in time?...... :)
  • As expected [and hoped for] the tyre turned up this morning. Faultless service once again
