Hello people. I am looking for a bike. I had a specilised allez 16. It has given me too many problems. Crashed about 5 times, and paid over 500 quid replacing and fixing it up. So I have decided to buy a new bike.

I want a seriousw bike. I will mainly use the bike to go to and fo university. Its a short distance 5 minute ride. I shall also use it to ride around, weekends.

So I am confused. I like this bike.

Looks good to me. Ultergra shifters and brake levers. The cassette is 105.

Is this a good bike. I like speed, I would it to last, unlike the 2300 I have on my allez.

This also seems good, is it? Forme Vitesse Road Bike 2011

I am not sure. Its prob mad for me to spend so much money on a short commute. But I can not deal with a cheap bike.

is there a big difference between Ultegra and 105?

Thanks Sharp910sh

What do you guys think?

The Forme is a great bike, only one of those I've had experience with and I must say I was very impressed with it.

As for 105 and Ultegra, I wouldnt over think it. 105 is a great groupset and unless you care about weight I wouldnt worry about upgrading to Ultegra.
  • what wheels does the forme have?
