    I found it on IOL which is a site I visit daily, it covers general news and bizarre African happenings. One of the funniest I read was about 6 years back when a woman dropped her mobile in a longdrop (toilet) in Kenya and she paid two men to recover it. They were both overcome by fumes and croaked.. she then went in when they didn't surface and was almost killed herself. I mean.. really, only in Africa
