Magic Shine - Is it dead?

Brought the battery pack into work this morning to charge and when I plug it in, it goes to Green almost immediately. I have tried unplugging it a few times to see if it wasn't connected right, but goes straight to green every time.

Is it borked?

Is it a magic shine charger or one of the clones from China? from dealexterme light malls etc? if the latter one of my chargers did this so I replaced it with a better one (the same ones sold on the magic shine site except cheaper)

Was trying to see if there was a replacement pack or is it better to buy a whole new unit and get some of the newer/safer...kits

OK I had 2 similar chargers, both failed, neither would charge and the charge indicators made no sense, one like yours went green straight away and the other just never did anything, also one of the chargers started to make a crackle type noise.

I threw both in the bin and replaced them with these.

My battery packs were fine and now charge worry free. I actually got one charger from this guy on ebay and one from magic shine UK, they are EXACTLY the same except magic shine charged me nearly £5 for postage.

Mines just started doing the same lights up green when its connected and nothing when it isnt only had it a month
