Focus Izalco 1.0 vs Scott Foil R1-Advise needed

So am about to purchase my first top end frame after a few years with a standard carbon but not sure which way to go, I can't really afford a Bianchi or pinarello but am looking at the above two frames both Matt black and 2012 models.

So any advise on either make or models? It's a massive investment for me so have the usual doubts.

    Not sure how Bianchi and Pinerello are out of your price range if you can afford a Foil. Awesome fram by all accounts

    Yea that's what I taught but the Bianchi frame i was looking at was over a grand more so decided not to pursue it more. Seem to be better deals with the other two but it's a big jump for me so any other recommendations would be a appreciated.
