Conti Safety System Warranty

Hi,
Have you ever get your conti rubber replaced under that one year puncture free warranty? I've had my sport contact since April, last night I had a puncture for the first time. The tyre is a bit worn already (that kind of a "thread" has gone in the middle 10mm) due to my daily long commutes. Will the shop replace it anyway? It's a decent shop (Collin Lewis in Paignton).

But I can't find a receipt for it...

    Tyres do wear, but the low end Conti tyres are a joke (please see photo below and yes even that did pierce the belt), punctured within 2 months. I'd love to know what their Safety system is exactly... Just get some stronger tyres, like Gatorskins.

    I don't know, I've never complaint about the tyre. Well, it's been pretty awesome actually, never had any issues with grip even in wet, no punctures until now... I always run them at maximum pressure, I think that's when the Safety System comes to live.

    I'll pop in to the shop to find out about the warranty.
