Etape entry form - oddball requests

Potentially having to fill in a mates Etape entry form in November as he is on holiday and I hoped someone might be able to alert me to any weird details they might ask for. I'll obviously have name, dob, address etc etc but I just wanted to make sure they don't ask for any random stuff that I'm not likely to have?

    Length of penis (both slack and erect), diameter of balls, colour of pubes.

    Of course, depending on how close a mate he is (nudge nudge, wink wink, say no more squire) you may already know those details... :wink:

    You have to be very careful in the penile measurements - this is France remember so they dont do inches, you have to put the answer in cm and mm.

    I don't think that having odd balls would be an entry requirement.

    It's not. Armstrong competed with an odd number of balls. They didn't stop him entering.
