My Merida upgrade

Hi Guys,
Ive got Merida Matts TFS700V, which is generally ok, except fork is entry-level, lockout is not working and having v brakes.
Im thinking about upgrade and trying to estimate cost, so possible options are:
1. upgrade fork. Currently rockshox dart3 is installed. For new fork, what should I check to make sure it will fit the bike? 200-300 q for the fork?
2. Vbrakes to disks, does it mean wels should be replaced? 200-300 for brakes?
3. How much work will cost to upgrade fork and brakes? 100?
So it looks like the projects will cost about 500-700.
or sell the bike (for 300?) and get full sus for 1200-1700?
or leave it as it is for winter/friends bike
Thank you

To be honest the cost of upgrades will be expensive, fork, brakes and new wheels will mean around £500. So I would sell yours on and buy new...
Also if you would be happy to upgrade your frame, why wouldn't you want a new HT as you say you want a FS ???0
