    Chapeau to the lad,

    Cycling 200 miles up a huge mountain in 6 hours AND shagg*ng a beautiful woman on the same day. I reckon I could only manage one of these.

    I've won the chance to ride with Mark Cavendish at Redbridge Cycle track. Unfortunately it's on Monday morning and I can't go. I was going to offer it on here, but they are checking photo ID.

    Who organises these things for a Monday?
