With the headwind today I was traveling at warp speed.

    30mph tail wind for me, cruised along the Caister bypass in top gear at 32mph. Felt like I was drafting a bus.

    arggggh my legs still hurt from last night, headwind all the way home, the most i could manage was 18mph "disgusting" i hear you cry, but it was that windy.. tears were streaming from my eyes (an no i wasn't crying either)

    an to all you swine's cycling towards Liverpool city centre along the prom, i was riding into the wind, not riding with it like all of you!!
