Halfords Complaint Thread *Please read*

I have been in contact with a Halfords customer services man regarding some issues I have been having.

I said I would send him a link from a well known cycling forum with other customers complaints and issues.

This thread is for you to add your BAD experiences with Halfords, please list your complaint, location and details.

This has the potential to go pretty high up the command chain and could well make a difference!

DISCLAIMER:

I appreciate not everybody has had bad experiences with Halfords, This is not a smear campaign and I realise some branches are likely very good!

The point of this is for me to be able to easily send a list of complaints from various sources to someone in halfords who has the potential to make a difference.

I don't think this is appropriate - I don't want to start a trend of starting threads like this for every manufacturer or retailer.

If you have a specific complaint you want opinions on, please feel free to post it.
