Just got sent a request from MORI to fill in an online questionnaire on Boris Bikes. Six questions in:
Presumably it crashed under the weight of too many people responding as soon as the email hit their inbox. That's all the people with strong opinions filtered out. Wonder if they'll report that little distortion when the report is published.

Actually, the survey did pick up where you'd left off. Unbearably complicated though - hard not to just start making up answers...
It was also really bad at working out why people use Boris Bikes - in my case, instead of having a beater for journeys where I am going to need to leave the bike somewhere where it's likely to get stolen.0
