Hi all,
Firstly, noticed a couple of dings in my rear rim, is the best way of getting rid just using a pair of pliers to straighten them out?
Secondly, went biking to Ae today in the pouring Scottish rain, and by the end of the ride my rear derailleur was, and still is, totally inresponsive to gear changes, it just sits above the 4th gear of my cassette. I jetwashed the bike at the cafe before we loaded the van up and its still stuck. Any ideas / solutions as to how to get it working again?
Thanks

You can remove dings that way, but risk weakening or splitting the aluminium. If causing no probls, levae them.
Service the gears cables.0
