Bealach Na Ba / Applecross route

Planning on heading up to ride the Bealach Na Ba / Applecross route next year. For those that have done it what's the traffic like - are you constantlly bothered by Valentino Rossi nutters? Is there a goood time of year to ride it i.e. a quiet time?

Weather wise I know what to expect - four seasons in an hour :lol:

    This is Applecross we're talking about, there's hardly any traffic at any time of year! Probably slightly busier in July and August holiday period but not enough to cause you any problems I wouldn't think, although it is a single track road with passing places so you might have to put up with someone sitting behind you from time to time.

    Agree with ralex- I live up there and do the route regularly- traffic won't be an issue and its a pleasure to do anytime.
