travel size?????

My secondhand trek fuel ex8 2009 was in the workshop at the weekend. the mechanic said
that my bike had around 140mm travel at both ends.treks fuel ex range only has 120mm though. Does anybody know what could of happened???

If I'm not riding I'm not happy.

    well the Mechanic was not correct.

    the Original set up was 130mm front and 120 rear.

    I guess an earlier owner has changed some parts. Or the Abouts were way off.

    do you think the fork is a 140 with a spacer of a custom order for trek?
