Rear suspension upgrade

Hi i was just wondering if i swaped the rear suspension link from my zesty 214 with the one off a spicy 216 would i get 160mm of travel or..??

It cannot be done. You must stick to the same linkage and shock dimensions.0

According to an article in MBR the new (2012) Spicys/Zestys are designed. to do just what the OP asks.0 -
The OP is talking of bikes he already owns so doubt they are 2012 models.0

The OP needs to clarify what he has.
So 2012- yes(if the new frames are out)
Pre 2012 no.
On top of linkage and shock you then have to replace the fork which makes the exercise very expensive IMO.0
