Anyone used these?

http://www.cyclesportsuk.co.uk/index.php

I purchased a pair of lake shoes which when delivered were faulty. They advised to return them which i did and they confirmed they would send out a new pair and also refund my postage costs.

two weeks have past and no shoes or refund of postage.

I have emailed several times and received one response saying the postage had been refunded! I checked my account and it hasnt! tried calling and its an automated service. They are now not responding to emails either.

So i have no shoes, out of pocket for the postage and no responses from them!

Anyone know where they are based and have contact details e.g. address, phone number?!

thanks

How did you pay? Most credit and debit cards have protection these days so if you get no joy getting in contact with the seller you could contact your bank/card issuer and they should be able to arrange a chargeback.

You'd still be out of pcket for the postage but at least you'd have the money for the shoes back.
