2012 Spesh Sectuer cable routing?!

Got my Sectuer last week an the cables have began to stretch, i was adjusting the barrel adjusters when i noticed the cables going to the front and rear deraliers rub across each on the down tube?

surely thats not correct?

in fact one of the cables rubs across the tube of the frame on the down tube aswell

    Some bikes are set up this way for smoother shifting - the cable path from the shifters is at less of an angle - wider curve where they attach into the downtube. I've had a few bikes that have come set up like this and a few that haven't. It's totally normal and fine - the cables don't rub against each other enough to cause any issues.
