2009 Anthem X Front Mech

Hi,
Been researching for a while but I cannot find the answer im looking for.
Basically I know the Anthem X is a 34.9 clamp and is a top pull, but I dont know if its high or low clamp, from looking on the frame I am building up it looks like a low one, can anyone confirm?
Also, can someone explain Dual Pull Front Mech's, I have seen loads for sale, do these work with both top and bottom pull bikes, ie so I could use one of these as well as a top pull only mech?

It uses a top swing (bottom clamp) mech.
Dual pull will work fine.0 -
