I have RockShoxk Lyrik Coil, and the right leg is pulling up black dirt on the rebound stroke.
I've spotted this on TF Tuned, the lower lube mix
http://www.tftunedshox.com/Miscellaneou ... and-Grease
their guide suggests a few drops cycle the forks, wipe the dirt off until all is clean.
is there any alternatives to this??? To buy the lube on its own with delivery comes to £12.50

Aye... Usually works out cheaper buying motorbike fork oil btw. I recommend Silkolene as it's a pretty colour Doesn't really matter what spec, but if you get the same weight as your forks want for their lower lube you can use it for that too.
I'd be inclined to drop the lowers off and give them a proper clean personally if you're in any doubt, Lyriks are fairly straightforward... But I think most DIYers wouldn't be happy doing that, ymmv. You'd probably want to get some fork grease as well- slick honey or judy butter or similiar.Uncompromising extremist0 -
