Advice on BB please

Hi all
i have a specialized pitch, currently fitted with a shimano bb-es25 bottom bracket with octalink spline. I want to use my SLX crank/front chainring. Im assuming I need to change the bottom bracket, if so will a shimano xt/slx bottom bracket cups m770/m660 fit?
Im guessing its just a case of removing the old bb, fitting the new one and then my slx cranks, just looking for some clarification.

remove old. get BB faced and external cup fitted with the correct number of spacers and fit the cranks.
