Compression Leggings - Under bibtights?

I got some of the compression leggings from Aldi the other day and have just realised I'm not sure how to wear them when the temperature drops. (I really feel the cold and have to watch my knee below 10c)

They say they are cycling underwear, but I've never worn underwear under my cycling shorts and tights before, as they have chamois pads.

So, what's the advice from those in the know?

Shorts, compression tights, then regular tights ?

Bought the same item and have the same dilemma. They are not very generous, I know they are 'compression' and I am a larda*se but I think pulling those on over shorts may be beyond the strength of the material.

I wear my leggings under my bib shorts.

I only wear mine after a ride, not during - but FWIW, I wouldn't put anything between me and the chamois pad. I can wear my compression tights over boxers, and then hide the offensive bulges under regular shorts/trousers as required, but they are tighter than the proverbial (much tighter than my bibshorts).
