turbo trainer for single speed ?

Hi
I am thinking about getting a single speed for my winter trainer/hack to work bike. I would also like to use it on a turbo trainer, however what ones are suitable to be used with the single speed as they dont have QR levers ? i assume most trainers are built to accept them instead of the bolts a single speed would have ?
Dont want anything too fancy regarding a turbo trainer, just something i can jump on and ride, most probably magnetic resistance over anything else

A single speed is also narrower at the rear isn't it? I know my track bike is...
I managed to actually put my turbo skewer through the bolts that hold the wheel in place - and strap it to the turbo that way.0 -
My fixed wheel goes fine on my cateye cyclosimulator thing. The locking nuts hold it in place just fine - I'd think most would ?0
