BMX BB (Not MTB but...)

I picked up a mates old BMX (Mongoose SGX) which he used to race many moons ago. I'm wanting to build a nice set of wheels for it, but I also want to put a 3piece chainset on the bike.
The bike needs an american BB but going onto chainreactioncycles there are two identical BB's sized 19mm and 22mm. I know MTB's and road bikes and have fitted loads of BB's before, but have not worked on BMX's for a good 13years or so (Last time I rode one).
I wonder if anyone can help me? Also if anyone has any recommendations for BMX hubs, rims, forks, bars etc....

there is only on BMX BB size (ignoring mid/spanish etc) 19,20and 22 is axle diameter and depends on the cranks.
the rest depend on the usage.
