Wheels Up To £275?

I'm looking for some wheels to upgrade from my current ones and am looking to spend up to £275.

I'm about 82kg and most of my riding is trail centres and around Surrey Hills. I'm looking for something durable but not too heavy. I've been thinking about the Hope Evo 2 hubs with Stans rims but not sure which rims/spokes/nipples combination to go for.

Any suggestions?

Sapim or DT double butted spokes (14/15g or 2.0/1.8/2.0) size. Brass nipples are heavier, but much more durable.

I'd look at the Superstar offerings too.

Either Hope Hoops or Superstar on Crest rims. I've got the former, and they're not bad, but I'd definitely check out the latter.

Just been looking at the American Classic wheelsets. They look pretty smart but a bit pricey for me I think!
I'm struggling to find anywhere that makes wheels with the American Classic hubs and Crest rims.

Another thing I'm unsure of is whether to go for Crest or Flow rims? My understanding is that the Flow is a heavier duty rim, is that right?

    hope hoops

the warranty alone makes them the sensible buy

not to mention tool less servicing of free hub............ and the customer service

That's the one thing I keep reading about Hope and it's swaying me in favour of their kit.
I hate buying something and getting poor service after I've spent money on their kit.
