I was riding at Chicksands and my shock was working fine, 10 minutes later the rebound damping stopped working, I stopped riding after 20 minutes or so and when I set off again the shock was working fine.

Now I don't know how the damping works so I've no idea how it can stop/start working. Will a service cure this or will it need a bigger fix?

    what do you mean by
    the rebound damping stopped working
    ?

    no damping or too much?

yes a service would be an idea.
