Need some advice on Fox fork

Hi guys.
Need some help here. I've a Fox F-series 80. Been using it for about 2 yrs. Found it very soft recently so I pumped some air and green oil came out from the valve. Checked with my lbs and fox service centre and they said it's pretty normal. But what puzzles me is that after pumping, it's still soft. Should I just get it checked?

has it ever had a service?

actually, no. so I might just get it serviced soon. just curious why the fork is still soft after pumping.

it only leaks when I pumped air using the Fox pump. For eg. when I depress the schrader valve, it hisses with some oil coming out of it.0
