Water Bladder for Alpkit Gourbag

Hi everyone
As above i have a 25l Alpkit Gourbag and my commute is going from 7mile each way to an astonishing 14 mile each way. As I'm increasing it by so much I feel I need hydration and I'd like to make use of the inbuilt compartment in the Gourbag.
Can anyone recommend a bladder for me? It needs to be cheap because I will not pay £30/40 for what is essentially an empty pop bottle and straw.
Please put forward your recommendations herewith.
Thanks

Cause I haven't got a carrier and it'd be nice to know that I have the bladder if I fancy a longer ride at all. I might just get a cheap carrier though and use a bottle as you suggest.Commuter: Boardman Hybrid Team 20110
