My 1988 Cannondale M400 has an original frame and Fork

Those are the ONLY original parts. I've ridden this bike for 23 years, and it looks like it.

    My old Rockhopper was like that. Only thing left original before i bent the frame and decided i'd better get a new bike was the frame, shifters and mechs.
    Bikes are OK, I guess... :-)

    All that was left on my housemates rockhopper was the headset, seatpost and seatclamp...

    Then I sold him a frame, headset and seatclamp :twisted:



    Sole original part is the seatpost, very much a triggers broom of a bike!

    I have a 1988 M400 that is my commuter. My friends think that I have more miles on it than they have on their cars. It started as a 6 speed, is now a 9. Has Scott AT-4 bars and a Flex Stem.

  • My 2006 GT IT1 has an orignial frame and fork. And gears. And hubs. And spokes. And rims. And tyres. And cranks. And chainrings. And brakes. And chain(s). And Cables. And saddle. And seatpost. And seat QR.

    My 2007 Orange has an original frame, brakes, headset, seat and seatpost.
