Crossride UB wheels are not so good

What happened to Mavic? They used to make excellent hubs (no longer available) and had an excellent reputation for rims (somewhat tarnished in recent times). Struggling to find wheels for my MTB I bought some (new) Crossride UBs. The front wheel has some play in it, and I'm not much impressed with them at all. The Schwalbe marathon tyres purchased for these do not fit at all well. Anyone else used these products or this combination? The Mavic website only offers manuals for the older versions of this wheel, as far as I can determine, and I'm struggling to find any way of figuring out what I can do about the wobbly wheel. The only thing I'm certain of is that Mavic won't be supplying me with anything else in the future. A sad state of affairs.

If they are faulty, take them back to the shop.

IMO their hubs and rims are far better than of old. I agree with contacting the shop.
