Afternoon,
Just felt the need to sing the above praises of the Spank & Hotlines after some good customer service!
To cut a short story even shorter - I enquired direct to Spank about getting some replacement decals for my frame. Being in America it would of been uneconomical for them to have sent me some, but they arranged for Paul @ Hotlines to send me some free of charge! The whole process took about 2 hours!
I rarely comment on here - just peek in from a distance - but in these hard times it filled me with a warm glow to know that these reasonably large companies look after their customers and I wanted to tell you all!!

I googled Spank & Hotlines and got a very definitely NSFW site that would fill many people with a warm glow.I don't do smileys.
