Elite water bottle

Recently picked up a Leopard Trek bottle which was discarded from the peleton at the ToB. On impact the lid had cracked and rendered the bottle unusable.
Being the vain cyclist that I am, and loving all things Leopard, I emailed Elite (after finding their logo on the base). At first they denied producing any items with the Leopard Trek logo, but after sending them a picture, they identified the bottle, and decided to send me a replacement lid (in the same colour) priority delivery. FREE OF CHARGE. All the way from Italy.
That i my opinion is top draw customer service.

Yepp, great service although I suspect that most suppliers of Trek-Leopard will have kit that they want to offload when the new season starts and the name changes forever.0
