Hi, has anyone come accross a spin class podcast? I have a turbo trainer and whilst I listen to music or watch tv when using it, I have felt that an instructor type motivator via i-pod would be a huge benefit. If no-one has done it, then budding fitness instructors get out there and set one up!!!! 1 hour session, just record it and upload it....

Sufferfest videos are similar things but haev footage from Bike races to inspire you, try having a look on cycling torrents if you don't mind the illegality...
