what BB does a 2009 addict R1 take please ? hi all i got given an addict R1 2009 frameset , does any body know what BB it takes ??

    any 68mm english thread BB. This could be hollowtech or GXP. It is also dependant on your crankset, If you are going to put on shimano from the last 5 years, the likeness is that you'll hollowtech, if you going to put on Sram it is most likely you'll need GXP, And if you are going to put on Campag, then you might find yourself comfused, with all this ultra torque powertorque, super torque, amazing torgue, utra torque stuff.
